Welcome! My name is Mike Habeeb and I specialize in helping my clients acquire investment grade properties (i.e., land, vacation homes, weekend getaways, and rental properties) that provide portfolio diversification and strong appreciation potential, as well as a fun place for the family to enjoy.
My Real Estate Practice focuses on Lake and Mountain Properties in Western North Carolina and Northeast Georgia. I am an experienced REALTOR® and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and Georgia, with business offices in Franklin, NC and Lake Lanier, GA.
The scope of my practice includes such lakes as Lanier, Burton, Rabun, Chatuge, Santeelah, Nantahala, Fontana, Glenville, among others. I also focus on mountain cottages, log and timberframe homes, and large tracts of acreage, primarily in Macon, Swain, Jackson, and Rabun counties.
In addition to providing Seller’s Agency services (i.e., selling properties for my clients), a large portion of my business comes from working as a Buyer’s Agent, representing my clients that are interested purchasing investment properties.
Most of my clients tend to be Business Executives, Doctors, and other Professionals that demand a high level of customer service and professionalism. They want an Agent that listens to their investment objectives, educates them on the marketplace alternatives, and then finds them precisely what they are looking for, while minimizing the amount of time they must spend in the process.
